| Notice to EcoQuest Dealers |

Approximately two years ago, a response was prepared dealing with the frequent inquiries of the effectiveness of our products relating to biological and/or chemical warfare agents. I asked my former partner, William Converse, who has engineering experience, to render an opinion.
I was then contacted by the FTC informing me that this letter, which was posted on Dealer websites, makes claims that far exceed what is authorized or scientifically substantiated. This notice is to inform you that Mr. Converse’s letter should be immediately removed from any website and not used or disseminated in any way for any purpose.
Further, the letter referred to studies showing destruction of and killing airborne contaminants in an uninhabited environment. The concentration of the ozone in those studies was well beyond what is recommended, and the studies, therefore, cannot be used or considered as substantiation of such claims or statements. The studies involved ozone concentrations that are so high that special precautions are required and accordingly cannot be compared to the performance of EcoQuest’s products.
