Chairman
Sylvia Tulloch, was the founding Managing Director of Dyesol (ASX: DYE), responsible for its business strategy and plan, and is the named inventor of several of that Company's patents. She was formerly Executive Director of STI (now Dyesol Industries and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dyesol) from 2001 to 2004, and Joint Managing Director of Sustainable Technologies Australia from 1994 – 2000.
Sylvia is a materials scientist with over 25 years experience in the establishment and management of high technology businesses, with a particular interest in the commercialisation process.
Sylvia is currently a member of the Future Manufacturing Industries Innovation Council, which advises the Federal Government's Minister for Industry. She is also a former President of the Sustainable Energy Industries Association of Australia, Chair of the Renewable Energy Action Agenda Implementation Group, and a Director of the Australian Business Council for Sustainable Energy.

Sales & Marketing and General Manager Australasia
Matthew Hiscox holds an degree in marketing and an advanced diploma in human resources and industrial relations. Matthew has worked with global leading companies that have marketed products within the Australian, New Zealand, Asian and Indian markets and brings significant experience within these regions.
Matthew comes to Ecoquest from a strong commercial sales and marketing background within the FMCG and pharmaceutical industries. Matthew started his career in sales and marketing with WD & HO Wills Australia, where he held positions within trade marketing, sales finance, channel management and management.
Matthew has successfully launched brands into Australia such as Mydec Vitamins and was instrumental in launching Ranbaxy Pharmaceuticals, the world?s 6th largest generic manufacturer, into Australia & New Zealand. He has held positions with L'Oreal and consultancies with main line distributors of Proctor and Gamble products.
Operations Director
Michael Greenup, a long-standing EcoQuest shareholder, has been working with the Company in a consultancy capacity since early 2008, taking responsibility for the procurement function at a critical time in the development of the business. With 35 years experience of owning and operating successful businesses, including 12 years consulting and sourcing in China and Malaysia, he possesses commercial skills and attributes which have already proven to be of value to the Company.
Michael was a director of Murray River North, a construction company developing infrastructure for aboriginal communities in remote areas of Western Australia and the Northern Territory before founding Chaff City, an equine feed mill, which he developed to hold around two-thirds of the West Australian market before selling the business in 2007.
A long-term resident of Pinjarra, Michael is a commissioned Justice of the Peace, a qualified pilot and a former President of the Shire of Murray. His appointment is further evidence that EcoQuest Limited is committed to laying firm commercial foundations on which to base the domestic and international rollout of products which are being developed using the Company's patented technology.
